Please note that there will be no on-site registration for conference delegates.
Refund policy
If you need to cancel your ticket for a partial refund, you may do so by contacting information@imnhc.org. Detailed instructions will be posted shortly. Please note that refunds are not automatically issued after cancelling your ticket. To request a refund, please submit a request to information@imnhc.org.
- 50% refunded if cancelled by 9 February 2026
- No refunds will be issued after 10 February 2026
- If you are unable to attend due to visa denial, you will be refunded 100% of the registration fee. Please submit a request via information@imnhc.org and be sure to attach a copy of the visa denial to your request. Please note that a full refund will not be issued without a copy of the visa denial.
Ticket Transfers
If you are no longer able to attend and would like to transfer your ticket to another delegate, please submit a request to information@imnhc.org. In your request, please be sure to include the full name, email address, and country of representation of the delegate to whom you would like to transfer your ticket.
- Please note: No ticket transfers will be accepted after 9 February, 2026
- Ticket transfers are accepted only between the same ticket types (for example, if you have a General Registration – Low- & Middle-Income ticket, you may only transfer it to a delegate who is eligible for that same ticket type)
