On-site registration
IMNHC 2026 is sold out. Please note that there was no on-site registration available. If you had not already received your ticket, you were unable to attend the conference.
Check-in and badge collection took place at the Edge Convention Center during the hours below. Attendees were required to bring a government-issued ID to check-in.

• Tuesday, 24 March – 6:00 – 18:00
• Wednesday, 25 March – 6:00 – 18:00
• Thursday, 26 March – 6:00 – 12:00
Government of Kenya Accreditation Requirement
All individuals entering the Edge Convention Center during IMNHC (Monday, 23 March–Friday, 27 March) were required to complete a secondary accreditation form from the Government of Kenya. All ticketed delegates received direct communication from conference organizers with a link to complete this form.
Refund policy
If you needed to cancel your ticket for a partial refund, you could do so by contacting information@imnhc.org. Please note that refunds were not automatically issued after cancelling your ticket. For more information about refunds, please submit a request to information@imnhc.org.
- 50% refunded if cancelled by 9 February 2026
- No refunds will be issued after 9 February 2026
- If you were unable to attend due to visa denial, you will be refunded 100% of the registration fee. Please submit a request via information@imnhc.org and be sure to attach a copy of the visa denial to your request. Please note that a full refund will not be issued without a copy of the visa denial.
Ticket Transfers
If you were no longer able to attend and wanted to transfer your ticket to another delegate, you could have emailed a request to us. In your request, you needed to include the full name, email address, and country of representation of the delegate to whom you wanted to transfer your ticket.
- Please note: No ticket transfers will be accepted after 9 February, 2026
- Ticket transfers were accepted only between the same ticket types (for example, if you had a General Registration – Low- & Middle-Income ticket, you may have only transfered it to a delegate who is eligible for that same ticket type)
