Engage and Exchange Sessions Guidance

Key Considerations for Applicants:

• These sessions will be open to all IMNHC attendees
• In-person participation is required
• Submissions must relate clearly to one or more of the conference tracks
• Submissions must follow the required format for each session type
• Successful applicants must purchase their own ticket to the conference

 

Evaluation Criteria

Prospective presenters should consider the following, which will contribute to the selection process:

• Active Engagement: Does this submission support the objective of promoting engagement and exchange between conference participants?
• Valuable Contribution: Does the proposed submission contribute meaningfully to the conference’s goals and reflect the priority conference tracks.
• Inclusivity and Equity: Does the proposed submission amplify underrepresented voices in maternal and newborn health?  Is it designed with cultural sensitivity and an understanding of local context?
