Engage and Exchange Sessions Submissions

Required Information for Submission

Applications for Engage and Exchange Sessions opened on 28 May, 2025 and will close on 6 August, 2025 through our event management platform, Dryfta. Please click here to submit your application.

The information below will be needed to submit your application.

• Title of Submission (200 character limit)
• Language of Submission (English, Spanish, French, or Portuguese)*
• Language of Presentation (English, Spanish, French, or Portuguese)*
• Proposed Speaker/Facilitator Information

*Due to the interactivity of the event, translation services will not be available in the Share Fair. While presentations will be conducted in English, presenters are welcome to provide supplementary materials in other languages at their booths.

Criteria Descriptions:

• Session objectives (150 word limit): Please list 3-4 objectives, keeping a focus on what participants will take away from your session/presentation for action following the conference
• Description of the session/presentation (350 word limit): Describe the content of the session/presentation you are proposing, as well as any background to give context to the main purpose and how it aligns with the conference tracks of IMNHC 2026. Include information on making the session interactive, if applicable, and how the format of your designed session fits into the session type you have chosen.
• Short session summary (150 word limit): If selected, this description will be included in the online official program.
• Rationale for inclusion (150 word limit): Briefly describe the reasons your submission should be included in the conference programming, including how it will support the overall vision and goals of the IMNHC
• Draft agenda (200 word limit): Include a draft agenda of how time will be structured (including any planned interactive elements, which are highly encouraged)

Final Declarations (to confirm upon submission)

• All intellectual property holders (if applicable) have approved public presentation of this topic.
• All presenters have agreed to public presentation at IMNHC 2026.
• Applicant agrees to comply with all sponsor-related declarations, including adherence to the International Code of Marketing of Breast-milk Substitutes, and relevant ethical standards.
