Engage and Exchange Sessions Submissions

Required Information for Submission

Applications for Engage and Exchange Sessions will open on May 28th and close on July 15th through the event management platform. The information below will be needed to submit your application.

• Main Point of Contact: Name, organization, email, WhatsApp number
• Secondary Point of Contact: Name, organization, email, WhatsApp number
• Title of Session Presentation (200 character limit)
• Categorization:
  • Share Fair
  • Knowledge Cafe
  • Storytelling Showcase
  • Participatory Learning Sessions

Criteria Descriptions:

• Session objectives: Please list 3-4 objectives, keeping a focus on what participants will take away from your session/presentation for action following the conference
• Description of the session/presentation: Describe the content of the session/presentation you are proposing, as well as any background to give context to the main purpose and how it aligns with the conference tracks of IMNHC 2026. Include information on making the session interactive, if applicable, and how the format of your designed session fits into the session type you have chosen.
• Short session summary (150-word limit): If selected, this description will be included in the online official program.
• Rationale for inclusion: Briefly describe the reasons your submission should be included in the conference programming, including how it will support the overall vision and goals of the IMNHC
• Draft agenda: Include a draft agenda of how time will be structured (including any planned interactive elements, which are highly encouraged)
• Speakers: Please list proposed speaker names, organizational affiliation, and country, including a moderator if relevant
• Key technical resources: Please list any key resources the session will reference, including new reports, planned multimedia, or other materials

 

Final Declarations (to confirm upon submission) 

• All intellectual property holders (if applicable) have approved public presentation of this innovation. 

• All presenters have agreed to public presentation at IMNHC. 

• Applicant agrees to comply with all sponsor-related declarations, including adherence to the International Code of Marketing of Breast-milk Substitutes, and relevant ethical standards.
