Satellite Sessions Guidance
Key Considerations for Applicants:
- Submissions must relate clearly to one or more of the conference tracks
- This session will be open to all IMNHC attendees
- In-person participation is required (no live virtual presentations other than pre-records)
- Interactivity is encouraged—please include details in your draft agenda of how you can encourage interactivity and discussion within the room set up
- The content and design of each satellite session is the responsibility of the organizer
Evaluation Criteria
- Do the objectives of the proposed session resonate with conference tracks?
- Does the rationale present a compelling satellite format at the IMNHC, e.g., facilitates in-depth thinking and discussion?
- Does the satellite session plan include varying perspectives and implementation experiences, preferably including multiple geographic locations and front-line voices?
- Is there a plan to make the session interactive within the set-up to include audience members as a part of the conversation?
- Is the topic of widespread interest and value to IMNHC attendees?
