Satellite Sessions Submissions
Applications for satellite sessions opened on 28 May, 2025 and closed on 6 August, 2025. Thank you to everyone who submitted an application. Dispositions will be sent in October.
The information below will be needed to submit your application.
Required Information for Submission
- Title of Satellite Session (200 character limit)
- Language of Submission (English, Spanish, French, or Portuguese)
- Language of Presentation (English, Spanish, French, or Portuguese)
- Funding Source of the Satellite Session
- Primary and Secondary Conference Tracks Addressed
- Session Objectives (150 word limit): List 3-4 objectives
- Description of Session (350 word limit): Describe the content and format of the satellite session you are proposing, as well as any important background to give context to the session’s purpose.
- Short Presentation Summary (150 word limit): If selected, this description will be included in the online official program.
- Rationale for Inclusion (150 word limit): Briefly describe the reasons your session should be included in conference programming, including its value to the MNH community, alignment with IMNHC 2026 objectives, and its potential for catalyzing action and continued collaboration among participants.
- Draft Agenda (200 word limit)>: Include a draft agenda of how time will be structured (including any planned interactive elements, which are highly encouraged)>
- Preferred Time Slot: Please select either AM, PM, or no preference.
- Preferred Room Size: Please select either 250 or 120 capacities (actual sizing may vary slightly based on venue requirements) or no preference.
- Proposed Presenters: Satellite sessions receive access to three conference tickets (must be purchased). Up to two additional presenters can be included in the application; however they are responsible for purchasing a ticket when general registration opens.
Final Declarations (to confirm upon submission)
- The main point of contact agrees to be reachable via WhatsApp.
- All presenters have agreed to public presentation at IMNHC 2026.
- Applicant agrees to comply with all sponsor-related declarations, including adherence to the International Code of Marketing of Breast-milk Substitutes, and relevant ethical standards.
- Session application authors who utilize generative artificial intelligence (AI) tools in the preparation of any part of their submission must disclose this and provide a clear explanation in their submission. Authors are fully responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all content, including material generated with AI assistance. The use of tools to refine grammar or spelling is not considered generative AI and does not require disclosure. The AlignMNH Secretariat reserves the right to determine whether submissions that incorporate generative AI are appropriate for inclusion in IMNHC 2026.
